I photograph events on real photographic film — developed and scanned by hand in my Leamington Spa studio — to create images that hold mood, expression, and scale with permanence. Every event carries its own rhythm. My role is to capture that rhythm exactly as it unfolds.

On the day, I move with purpose but minimal footprint — blending in where discretion is key, leading when guidance is needed. Delivery is efficient, structured, and secure, with gallery access and usage rights defined in advance.

Most clients require a license that covers internal use, PR, press release, web, and social media, with options for broader commercial use if needed. If talent, sponsors, or partners require access to the images, this can be built into the agreement so everyone knows where they stand.

Yes. Conferences, festivals, and larger productions often involve multiple spaces or several days of activity. We will map out the schedule in advance, identify priority sessions, and plan how coverage will be structured so important moments are not missed. If additional coverage is needed, we can discuss how best to support that.

Before the event, we go through your schedule, key timings, must-cover moments, VIPs, branding or sponsors that need to be visible, and how the images will be used afterward. This can be done by meeting, call, video meeting, or email, depending on what works best for your team. The aim is simple: you should not need to think about photography once the event begins. Meetings are my personal preference, so that all material can be covered in depth and all parties can get to know each other prior to the event.

Once you are ready to proceed, I confirm availability for your date, we agree the brief, coverage, and fee structure, and a simple agreement secures the booking. From there, we finalize logistics, access, and delivery requirements so that on the day itself you can focus entirely on running the event while I focus on recording it.
